When will my order be shipped?

Unless otherwise noted, orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out within 2-3 weeks. You will receive the tracking order information once your purchase has been shipped. With Covid19, mail has been much slower and unpredictable. Please allow for longer shipping times especially when ordering from outside of the United States.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. If you have received a defected item, please email us at info@booksandbrownsugarco.com and provide an image of the merchandise purchased within 14 days of the delivery date. We will be happy to send a new item to you at no cost. 

Can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 protocols, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If your item is in need of replacement, please contact customer care.

How do sizes run?

All items run true to size. In addition, all t-shirt sizes are unisex.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are a fun and easy way to send a gift to someone when you don't know their size or what design they might want. All gift cards are virtual. A code will be generated and sent to your email, where you can either print it out or forward to the receiver. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
